Farmers' Market Bingo – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Farmers’ Market Bingo competition organised Your Local Farmers' and Producers' Markets.
1. Eligibility
- Open to university students and university staff and members of the general public aged 18 or over.
- No purchase necessary to enter.
2. How to Enter
- Register with your name and valid email address via the Farmers’ Market Bingo website.
- Visit and scan QR codes at five (5) different stalls at the University of Nottingham Local Farmers’ & Producers’ Market, or use the manual backup as instructed at stalls.
- Once you have scanned five stalls, tap “Enter the £50 Draw” to submit your entry.
3. Prize
- One winner will receive £50 (10 x £5) vouchers, redeemable for products sold at Your Local Farmers' Markets Stalls..
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. No change will be given. The vouchers can be used as a money-off a larger purchase.
- The Organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
- One valid entry will be drawn at random within 28 days of the market closing.
- The winner will be notified by email using the address provided at registration.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within a further 14 days, the Organisers reserve the right to select another winner.
5. Data Protection & Marketing
- Email addresses are collected solely to administer the competition and contact the winner.
- Entrants who tick the marketing consent box agree to receive updates about future markets and offers from Pick’s Organic Farm and Your Local Farmers' Markets.
- Data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and not shared with third parties.
6. General
- The Organisers’ decision is final and binding in all matters related to the competition.
- The Organisers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time.
- Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
